• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
